可以并行计算的EDA软件列表

从昨天开始关注EDA软件的并行计算：

Synopsys：

Hspice 2008.3开始支持multicore，在老版本中，windows平台下的hspice也有一个mt图形界面选项。并行性能据说在8core的情况下是单core的4-5倍。对于长时间的Job，显然是值得的。

TeraMAX 2004.06开始，支持ATPG和fault simulation的Distributed Computing。可以自定义多台服务器之间的并行，还可以配合LSF，PBS等。

VCS MX：据一位同事讲可以实现编译的时候并行，但是具体是否可以，目前没有看文档或者测试。我想无论是VCS还是VCS MX的编译都可以并行的。我记得make方面的并行就很容易实现，make的并行工具包含lsf的lsmake等。

Prime Time: The PrimeTime timing analyser, for instance, can use parallel processing across multiple CPUs to analyse different timing and signal integrity corners.

Mentor：

Calibre:Mentor的Calirbre DRC应该说是非常早就实现了并行了。我记得04年就看过文档，说明如何设置并行，可以有效的降低DRC的时间。

Matlab:从2007b(7.5)开始支持并行

Aldec:

Active-HDL: Aldec has implemented multi-threaded compilation for VHDL designs. If Active-HDL 7.3 is installed on machines with multi-core CPUs, the compilation process can be up to 3 times faster. The compilation time of source files based on single processor has been reduced by 40% on average in comparison to the previous version of Active-HDL.
