网易科技讯，“2007胡润慈善榜”于近日发布，85岁的余彭年仍是中国最慷慨的慈善家；朱孟依捐赠价值10亿元的股份排名第二；牛根生承诺捐出全部股份，其已捐出的价值约为6.5亿元，排名第三。
在这份“慈善家”名单中，前50名中来自IT产业的仅有两人，分别是名列17位来自网易的丁磊和第19位来自网迅的朱敏，两人均在赈灾和教育方面有大笔捐赠，但捐赠金额仍与排名前列的富豪有较大差距。
从2003年至今，榜上的100位慈善家共捐赠了95亿元。今年捐赠过亿的慈善家有15位。第100名的捐赠额已达到1500万元。今年，100位慈善家中有54位来自《2006胡润百富榜》，其中有30位是百富榜前100名的企业家。
余彭年，牛根生，刘佩珍和陈德勋都捐出几乎全部财富。捐赠的财富数额与其个人财富的比例甚至高于美国最著名的慈善家巴菲特和比尔盖茨。
